Ashley O’Neill is the founder of Anchor Strategic Solutions Co., a company born from her passion for helping businesses and busy entrepreneurs build strong foundations and show up confidently. Through Anchor SSC, Ashley partners with companies to form, organize, and grow their businesses while creating or refreshing their social media presence so it authentically reflects who they are and where they’re going. She understands that behind every business is a person juggling countless responsibilities, and she is driven to provide the structure, strategy, and creative direction that allows entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best.

Ashley is also the co-founder of O’Neill Electric Inc. (established in March 2016), an Electrical Contracting company she helped build alongside her husband, Dan, with a shared vision of creating a service-driven electrical contractor rooted in integrity, expertise, and relationships. With over 17 years of professional experience spanning business development, marketing, operations, and leadership, Ashley has played a critical role in shaping companies from the ground up - combining strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people, brand, and growth.

But Ashley’s most important roles extend far beyond business.

She is a mother, wife, and passionate believer in living fully. She finds inspiration in the outdoors, especially through travel and the wanderlust that comes with exploring new places. She is deeply drawn to the beauty of water - the ocean, rivers, and shorelines - where she finds clarity, perspective, and renewal.
